Phil George

Phil George has served as a pastor at Grace Covenant Baptist Church since 2015. In addition to shepherding the flock, he stays busy with with managing real estate, operating the accounting practice he began in 2001, and ranching on their property NE of Mckinney, TX. He has been married to his college sweetheart, Bobbi, for nearly 30 years, and they enjoy life with their 10 children, 1 daughter in law, and one grandbaby on the way. Along with having a heart for family discipleship, Pastor Phil’s passion is to point the lost world to Christ and exhort Believers to live lives worthy of the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Cory Shahan

Cory Shahan was appointed to eldership at Grace Covenant Baptist Church in December 2023. Prior to pastoral ministry he ministered to the lost through street evangelism in downtown Dallas, Denton Square, and abortion mills in the DFW area. Cory married his wife Whitney in 2008 and they have four children whom they are raising in McKinney, TX. In addition to raising his family, he has a burden to disciple the people of God and to preach the Word faithfully.
